I'm taking a call at work today and the Hearing user says Ma'am...I can't hear you. Could you speak up a little bit?
I say sure!
I adjust my mic so it is in front of my mouth.
"Is that better?"
"No."
"Ok, sorry." I adjust some setting on my computer, turning my volumes way up.
"Okay, is that better?'
No. Then he says in his most serious voice "If you could like yell or something. That would be better."
"IS THAT BETTER?" (Now that the entire call center is listening as well.)
"Yes. That's perfect. Thanks!"
