Two random stories, one post.

Monday was my birthday so I decided to take the day off and relax! This obviously didnt happen. I did some running around with my Grandma (for my expecting bestie ;)) and then went home and cleaned the house really good (LOVE that feeling!) All in all it was a pretty good day. So, anyway...onto my story. Trey's got this thing with following me. Everywhere. I. Go. --Yes, this includes trying to sneak in the bathroom behind me--He's a crazy sometimes. I'm making my way throughout the house, cleaning and dusting and such, and he is of course, right behind me. I go to hang something up in the closet and close the door behind me, continuing what I was doing. About 30 minutes later I go back into the closet to hang something else up and guess who calmly walks OUT of the dark closet? Yes, you are right. The dog who followed me IN the closet, Trey. Haha...Wonder if he thought he was in trouble. I didnt even notice he was in there...he didnt bark or scratch or anything...he just hung out, in the dark closet and waited for mom to come get him. What a good boy.


Did he learn his lesson you ask?


No.


I found this out yesterday. I am putting my makeup away in the bathroom and go to turn around to put something in the cabinet and trip over Trey, almost falling down and saving myself using the toilet. Close one? Sort of. On my way to brace myself on said toilet, I bump a shelf with a glass cute lil thing on it..glass falls and shatters all over the bathroom floor. I head to go get the broom and see Trey CHEWING on a piece of glass! I swear my first grey hair will be from him. I clean up the glass and go to put the broom away and Trey decides to follow me *shocker* and also decides that he is scared to death of me walking with a broom so tries to run but is on the kitchen floor and just slips. into his food bowl. that I had just filled. spilling all of the contents. ...I love you Trey :)...

These were some of MANY offline messages I had this morning when I came to work. I was completely confused to say the least. Apparently at 1:36 AM someone decided to hack into my e mail and send out this message to EVERYONE on my contact list:

Yeah. That made for an interesting morning.

Letter posted all around call center basically saying ignore Jessica. My favorite part about this is EVERYONE knows it was from my IM. It's not like the username isn't a dead giveaway or anything. What a lame hacker person. I do not like you for a variety of reasons:

1)This is my work account...with a personal password...and that's just sort of freaky.

2) Yeah, it was good for a good laugh however, I work in a call center and there are over 300 employees who received this message.

3) 50% of employees probably think I truly sent it to them and now are under the impression that I market illegal, cheap, miracle drugs as a second job.

4) I'm sure it offended some. I mean is there a more direct way of saying "hey man...you need to lose a few?"

5) I had to change my password and HOPE this doesn't happen again!

6) I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to change my passsword. Had the brilliant idea of saying I "forgot" it and was unable to answer the very generic question I choose for myself 4 years ago when having set up this account. "A food I like" Really? Did I really do that to myself? After 3 failed attempts (pickels, spaghetti, and jerky...I knew you were dying to know) THAT system locked me out of it because of too many failed attempts, lol.

Good news: We figured out how to change my password and it should be smooth sailing from here!!

To hackers worldwide. You fail.

Moving. Sickness. Trey. and Travis.

Wow..that's almost like 4 blogs in one...

I should probably post them as they happen so I don't have to write a novel each time!

So, we have officially moved to our new place! There are still 2 or 3 boxes to be unpacked and a lot of decorating to do so I am not going to post pictures yet but they will come soon! I promise! We are a lot more excited about this place, it is quite a bit bigger, which is awesome :) I especially love their paint of choice! It totally matches everything! I'm hoping to get everything finished up over the weekend so I can 1) let people come and see it (because they are not allowed right now, lol) and 2) take pictures!! Wish me luck!

I'm trying to think of transition words from one random subject to another and it's not workin so much so I'm just switching. Onto sickness...I think it is from moving and getting SO much done on Friday and Saturday and being SO tired that my body just said BAM...I'm making you sick. And, that's exactly what happened :( I went to the Dr. yesterday and I have a sinus infection AND to make things even better, strep throat as well! Yeah, sneezing and coughing with my sore throat is so much fun! *Main reason why I will be hopefully getting the rest of the unpacking/decorating done this weekend. It has killed me to not be able to get it done, especially the decorating...that is my favorite and usually first thing I do!

Funny/Sad story- It's our first night sleeping at the new place and we are all adjusting, including Trey. Trey has ALWAYS been really good with sense of direction and not only that but he has been fantastic with listening to us and knowing his boundaries when we let him outside to do his doggie business. He has never, ever left the yard. Once in a while he would try and follow us out to the car if we were going back and forth bringing groceries or something. I think he has a fear that we would leave him, lol. Another thing that leads me to believe this is when we were moving this weekend, I was taking a load out to the already packed car and right beside me was Trey, the SECOND I opened up the drivers side door to unlock the rest of the car, he hopped in and just laid down by the pedals and wasn't budging! haha. I know he noticed us moving everything out, he just wanted to make sure he was coming along!! SO, moving into this new place, even though I know he is really good, I was still hesitant to let him out to do his doggie business. He did just fine though. :) However, Travis must not have been as worried about it as I was! He let him out right before he went to bed and FORGOT ABOUT HIM!! I woke up in the morning and noticed that he wasn't laying on his bed, where he always sleeps! I woke Travis up frantically asking, where's Trey??? Trav knew right away because he hopped out of bed and went straight for the door! Sure enough, he called for Trey and he was right there. He had slept on the porch all night, waiting for Trav to open the door again I'm sure! Poor thing. The funny thing about it is...Trey went to the bathroom, realized it was going to be awhile and laid down on our NEIGHBORS porch, which is where he slept. haha. He was just a little confused. What a great way to break him in with the neighbors though. Hi, I am Jessica and this is Travis and this is our pitbull, Trey. Don't worry, you can come outside. He is really friendly and has no intentions on keeping you inside of your house.
*Trav felt really, really bad and I might be in trouble for posting this, lol.

I love Trav!! This morning he opened up the door and noticed it snowed a crap load and went and scraped the windows of my car, and shoveled a path all the way around to the driver's side door, thanks babe!!

...My Grandma made me put a spare key to my car in my drawers at work.

I remember telling her that it wasnt necessary to have a spare key at work, because I would never even use it. And...now I know why :)

Yesterday...

We went to lunch at Subway and I forgot my keys at the Subway!

I was so lucky to have my spare key! Mad props Grandma, mad props.

**At least my hair is blonde now...there is sort of an excuse for some of the things that happen to me **not things that I DO...things that happen to me. I like that better ;)**
